Using exercises that target core stability, alignment, and injury prevention, this class enhances overall performance and supports safe, efficient movement.
Open to students OBS students in level’s 2B+, Teen Ballet Program Students or Non-OBS students ages 10+
Youth Dance student yearly tuition: $998 + $50 Registration Fee, or follows the hourly discount pending # of hours students are enrolled.
OBS student yearly tuition: $645 (must be enrolled in a Preparatory Training Center/Academy ballet program)

Beginner Tap (Wed, 6pm)
Harriett's Orlando Ballet Centre 600 N Lake Formosa Dr, Orlando, FL, United StatesStudents will learn the beginning steps and exercises in tap dancing to develop coordination, tap vocabulary, rhythm and musical timing. This popular style of dance is used in many broadway shows and commercial events today!
Open to students level 1A+, or Non-OBS students ages 8+.

Pre-Pointe Elective (Levels 2B+)
Harriett's Orlando Ballet Centre 600 N Lake Formosa Dr, Orlando, FL, United StatesDesigned for ballet students who are preparing to begin pointe work. Focused on building the strength, alignment, and technique necessary for dancing en pointe, this class emphasizes proper body placement, core stability, ankle strength, and turnout. Dancers will work through targeted exercises both at the barre and in center, with attention to articulation of the feet, balance, and control. Enrollment does not guarantee progression to pointe shoes, as individual readiness is evaluated by the instructor and/or Director of Education.
