Orlando Ballet Pre-Professional Programs

Your clear path to professional success.

The Trainee and Second Company programs represent the highest levels of Orlando Ballet School, offering a direct pathway from advanced training into the professional company. Both are full tuition scholarship programs, with the Second Company providing an additional stipend. The Trainee Program serves as a bridge for dancers transitioning into pre-professional life, with the opportunity to advance into the Second Company. At the Second Company level, dancers train intensively and gain valuable stage experience by performing in both school productions and company repertoire. With two-thirds of the current company made up of school alumni, these programs together provide a vital pipeline for developing artists to refine their craft and build meaningful professional experience.
