Open to students level Primary A+, or Non-OBS students ages 5-10.

OBS student yearly tuition: $645 (must be enrolled in a Preparatory Training Center ballet program)

Students will learn the intermediate to advanced steps and exercises in tap dancing to develop coordination, tap vocabulary, rhythm and musical timing. This popular style of dance is used in many broadway shows and commercial events today!

Open to students OBS students in level’s 2A+, or to the public ages 9+ with at least 1 year of tap dance experience.

This 6-week workshop blends the expressive storytelling of contemporary dance with the dynamic skills of acro. Dancers will build strength, flexibility, and control as they learn foundational acrobatic tricks and skills. In contemporary, students will explore musicality, emotion, and fluid movement through choreography and improvisation.

Students will learn traditional steps such as turns, leaps and kicks along with choreography sequences to gain understanding of the style and technique of jazz dance. Any OBS Primary A and Primary B level student can enroll to join this class, and any Non-OBS students age 5-7.
