"I loved the beginner ballet class with Elizabeth! It’s pretty fast paced but she was funny and understanding if we didn’t get things absolutely correct. I can’t wait to take it again!"

Becka K.

"I was trained in Russian Ballet and haven’t danced in 18 years. Coming back as a 31 year old has been quite the challenge but Mila Makaroff is such a detailed and dedicated instructor. Her classes make me feel like a child again in a great way. Super grateful for this class! I look forward to it every week."

Haley S.

"The BeMoved® classes are just what my body needs. It is challenging but not overwhelming. It makes me move different parts of my body with nice musical accompaniment that adds to the pleasure. I love it and will continue in hopes that I’ll strengthen my body and improve my ability to remember the steps and sequences."

Monthly Unlimited Contracts are set to auto-bill on the first day of every month, for twelve months. The memberships cover all weekly drop-in classes, excluding Workshops, Intensives, or Technique Clinics. A 12-month contract is required upon enrolling. Clients do have the option to opt-out of the contract at any time by abiding by our withdrawal policies (subject to a reactivation fee upon re-enrollment from a terminated contract). Unlimited members can suspend their membership for medical or travel reasons for a fee. Restrictions apply. Unlimited members can book classes through the app, online, or walk-in and are still subject to capacity restrictions. Accommodations cannot be made for unlimited members if a class has already reached its capacity upon booking.

We advise our Fitness Thru Dance dancers to wear items that are non-restrictive and breathable. You may opt for workout attire or activewear and men must be properly supported with either a dance belt or compression underwear underneath their dance apparel. Standard leotards and tights are not particularly enforced and we do not recommend street clothing. Ultimately, we recommend you wear what makes you most comfortable and pair your clothes with the appropriate footwear, according to the class you take:

  • Ballet class: Canvas or leather ballet shoes
  • Afro-fusion class: Barefoot or sneakers
  • Barre fitness and/or PBT class: Barefoot or grip socks
  • Contemporary and/or modern: Barefoot
  • Jazz and/or musical theater: Lace-up or slip-on jazz shoes
