Plan Your Visit

Plan your visit to experience our art at Steinmetz Hall at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts as well as Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre.

Tickets

All guests must have a ticket to enter Dr. Phillips Center. Theater policy requires that children must be at least two years of age or older.

Verify Curtain Time

Verify the curtain time printed on your Dr. Phillips Center performance ticket. All shows begin on time and latecomers will be held in the lobby until an appropriate seating time.

Box Office and Will Call

The Dr. Phillips Center Box Office opens two hours before curtain to assist guests in person. Please bring your photo ID if picking up at Will Call or requesting a reprint of tickets. Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre Patron Services Representatives are available by phone Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (407) 418-9828.

Beverages and light snacks are available on all tiers of the Dr. Phillips Center lobby prior to performances and during intermission. Food and beverages are welcome inside Steinmetz Hall.

Nearest ATM

The nearest ATM to Dr. Phillips Center is at the Grand Bohemian Hotel, located on Orange Avenue. There is no ATM located at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre.

No Smoking

Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted inside the building. An usher or security guard can direct you to the designated smoking areas.

No Recording

Photography and recording of performances is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the confiscation of equipment or removal from the theater.

Steinmetz Hall at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts

Steinmetz Hall is home for all Orlando Ballet Main Stage performances, located at 445 S. Magnolia Ave., Orlando, FL 32801.

Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre

Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre is home to Uncorked. It is located at 600 N. Lake Formosa Drive, Orlando, FL 32803.

Steinmetz Hall at Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts

Pre-paid and valet parking are available for purchase through Dr. Phillips Center. You may also park in a nearby parking garage. For more information, visit the Dr. Phillips Center website.

Parking at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre is extremely limited. Self-parking is available on surrounding streets. You may also park in a nearby parking garage.
