Here is a little information to help you plan your visit.
Verify the curtain time printed on your ticket. All of our shows begin on time and there is no late seating. Latecomers will be held in the lobby until an appropriate seating time.
The Dr. Phillips Center Box Office is open two hours before curtain to assist guests in person. Please bring your photo ID if picking up at Will Call or requesting a reprint of tickets.

Please call ahead to schedule an appointment for an in-person booking.
Lobby Doors open 90 minutes prior to all performances, with Theater Doors opening 30 minutes prior. If you require special ADA Accommodations, please speak with the usher at the door of the theater in advance.
Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted inside the building. An usher or security guard will be happy to direct you to the designated smoking areas.
Ticket holders are strictly prohibited from photographing or recording performances. Doing so may result in the confiscation of equipment or removal from the theater.
Please be considerate of fellow attendees and refrain from attending if you’re feeling unwell, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Beverages and Light Snacks are available throughout the lobby prior to performances and during intermission.
The nearest ATM is at the Grand Bohemian hotel, located on Orange Avenue.
There is no ATM located at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre.
Everyone must have a ticket to enter the theater. Theater policies require that children must be at least two years of age or older.
