Volunteering with Orlando Ballet supports the performing arts and provides an opportunity to meet new people and gain new skills. Volunteers also enjoy unique access to the ballet’s performances and events.

Front of House Support

Make performances and events at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre extra special by volunteering for our front of house team. Volunteers are needed for our Community Enrichment RISE and STEPS showcases, Uncorked evenings, and Orlando Ballet School performances.

Light Walker

Volunteering as a light walker gives you a behind-the-scenes look at the production process. Assist our production staff in creating the perfect lighting for every Orlando Ballet performance.

Merchandise Clerk

Meet new people and share Orlando Ballet’s mission with others as a merchandise clerk. In this position, you’ll sell Orlando Ballet branded items during performances at the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts.

Neon Club

Every first Friday of the month, Orlando Ballet hosts a fun dance party for individuals 16 years and older with varying disabilities. Volunteers are needed for event set up and take down, admission and concessions, and making the event memorable for guests.

Office Support

In this role, you’ll aid the Orlando Ballet administrative team in special projects that contribute to the performing arts in our community while also gaining administrative and organizational skills.

To volunteer with Orlando Ballet, complete the Volunteer Application Form. All volunteers receive a brief training before the start of their volunteer shift.
