FRANCIS MIHM

Francis Mihm (Dubuque, Iowa) Francis began his training at the Heartland Academy in Dubuque, Iowa under Marina O’Rourke and Megan MacLeod and participated in numerous summer intensive programs at American Ballet Theatre and Milwaukee Ballet. He also attended Butler University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Dance Arts Administration. The academic program included performances in several lead roles including Swan Lake, Giselle, The Sleeping Beauty along with contemporary works by Paul Taylor, Gerald Arpino and Patrick De Bana. Since joining Orlando Ballet, Francis has performed soloist roles such as Jeremy in Val Caniparoli’s “Lambarena,” Ziedler in Jorden Morris’ Moulin Rouge® The Ballet and Stanley Kowalski in Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s, A Streetcar Named Desire.
Orlando Ballet School Alumnus ’22. This is Francis’ second season with Orlando Ballet.
