Parking Information

We encourage guests to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to curtain to ensure they have ample time to arrive at the theater.

Valet parking is available for pre-purchase through Dr. Phillips Center.

Guests may also pre-purchase parking in one of the nearby parking garages.

Admission to the Theater

Prior to arrival, be sure to have a copy of your ticket that includes a scannable barcode. This may be a physical paper ticket or a Print-At-Home PDF that can be scanned from your mobile device.

If you have questions about ticketing, please contact your Group Liaison.

The Dr. Phillips Center Box Office will open 2 hours prior to curtain for those who have any questions regarding ticketing.

Doors Open

Lobby Doors open 90 minutes prior to all performances, with Theater Doors opening 30 minutes prior to curtain.

If you require special accommodations, please speak with the usher at the door of the theater in advance.

Verify Curtain Time

Please note that theater doors close and the performance begins promptly at the advertised show time. Out of respect for the dancers and your fellow audience members, please arrive on time. If you arrive after the advertised show time, you will not be seated until an appropriate pause in the show.

Health & Safety

Please be considerate of fellow attendees and refrain from attending if you’re feeling unwell, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Refreshments

Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in the lobby. You may also pre-purchase your refreshments to avoid the lines.

Orlando Ballet and The Nutcracker themed merchandise will be available for purchase on the first and fourth floors of the Della Phillips Grand Lobby.

Orlando Ballet has gone cashless and now accepts all major credit cards and digital payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, for a seamless transaction experience.

Celebrate the magic of The Nutcracker  with themed activities for all ages. Enjoy festive crafts like crown decorating, bookmark making, snowflake creations, and coloring pages. Applause is Welcome

The dancers love to know if you’re enjoying the performance, so don’t be afraid to applaud after a dancer does something spectacular onstage, when the dancers take a bow, or at the ballet’s end.

Performance Etiquette

Please refrain from talking or whispering during the performance.

Help keep an unobstructed view by arriving on time, being seated before the performance starts, and not leaning forward or resting your head on your seatmate’s head or shoulder.

No Recording

Ticket holders are strictly prohibited from photographing or recording performances. Doing so may result in the confiscation of equipment or removal from the theater.
