Here is a little information to help you plan your visit:
Verify curtain time
Verify the curtain time printed on your ticket. All of our shows begin on time and there is no late seating. Latecomers will be held in the lobby until an appropriate seating time.
Box Office & Will Call
The Box Office is available on the day of the show two hours before curtain to assist guests in person. Please bring your photo ID if picking up at Will Call or requesting a reprinting of tickets. Phone service will be unavailable outside of call center hours.
Lobby Doors open 90 minutes prior to all performances, with Theater Doors opening 30 minutes prior. If you require special ADA Accommodations, please speak with the usher at the door of the theater in advance.
Food And Beverage
Beverages and Light Snacks are available throughout the lobby prior to performances and during intermission.
Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted inside the building. An usher or security guard will be happy to direct you to the designated smoking areas.
Ticket holders are strictly prohibited from photographing or recording performances. Doing so may result in the confiscation of equipment or removal from the theater.
The nearest ATM is at the Grand Bohemian hotel, located on Orange Avenue.
Everyone must have a ticket to enter the theater. Theater policies require that children must be at least two years of age or older.
The Dr. Phillips Center is now one of two performing arts centers in the country to earn Certified Autism Center designation from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards.

There are many routes to get to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, please leave plenty of time to arrive at your seats before curtain. We recommend that you check the news for the most current updates on traffic, Downtown events and the I-4 Ultimate Construction Project.

City Commons Parking Garage is the preferred self-parking location for The Dr. Phillips Center. It is a short walk from the center and there is a complimentary shuttle from the first floor for guests with disabilities.
