2nd Year with Orlando Ballet II
Erin Mesaros was born in Midland, MI and began her dance training at the age of 5. Her most significant training was received at the Kansas School of Classical Ballet under the direction of Juan Pablo Trujillo and Stefani Schrimpf. She has attended summer programs at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet as well as the Kansas City Ballet, the Kansas School of Classical Ballet, and Orlando Ballet School on scholarship. In 2015 she began her training on full scholarship as a trainee with the Orlando Ballet School to later join the Orlando Ballet Second Company in 2016. Since coming to Orlando, she has had the honor of performing with Orlando Ballet in their productions of Giselle, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, as well as Michael Pink’s Dracula, Arcadian Broad’s Beauty and the Beast, and George Balanchine’s Serenade. She has also enjoyed dancing other works with the Orlando Ballet School including Telmo Moreira’s Same Old Fear, Robert Hill’s Huapango, Arcadian Broad’s Seasons of Movement, Robert Hill’s Requiem, and Arcadian Broad’s Bach Trio. Other memorable roles she has performed with the school include Sugar Plum from The Nutcracker as well as solo and pas de deux excerpts from Napoli.
